Andrew has been with Planet for over 12 years, with a vast technical knowledge Andrew has responsibility for order processing, supplier management and client software licensing at Planet. Andrew is a huge sci-fi fan, you name a film in the past 25 years and he can tell you about every character. We’re guessing he doesn’t sleep...
Head of VIOP Services. ‘Bruce has over 30 years’ experience in the world of telecommunications. He’s younger than he looks, but older than he acts….. and yes, that is the right way around!
Senior Professional Services Consultant. Simon has over 12 years experience dealing with complex IT infrastructure projects spanning numerous industries and businesses. A DIY and woodwork enthusiast in his spare time, he’ll solve your IT problems and fix that squeaky door at the same time.
Senior Professional Services Consultant. Joey has been in the IT industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience supporting clients across multiple industries and sectors. Away from IT Joey is sports mad and a life long Chelsea fan, please don’t hold that against him!
Line 3/ Professional Services Technical Engineer. Ib’s just loves sport and keeping fit – Football, Tennis, Badminton, Swimming..., and in between all that lot he finds some time to do a bit of IT stuff as well
Helpdesk Manager. With over 10 years of experience in IT Support Eric has an incredible breadth of knowledge to draw upon. Eric has a background in the sport of Power Lifting, which given the weight of responsibility we place on his shoulders serves him well.
Helpdesk Technician. Homayan has worked within IT support for over 3 years, bringing enthusiasm and a thirst for learning to Planet that is infectious.
Workshop Technician. Olfrid is new to the Planet team having joined earlier in 2022, though he had limited experience when he joined us his breadth of knowledge surprised us. Don’t be fooled by his quiet demeanour!
Line 1 Technical Engineer. Festus competed at a National Level at Judo, so we pretty much let him do whatever he wants without arguing with him!

Business Support Consultant. Another recent addition to the Planet team, Rekha joined us with an already impressive background in business process administration. A keen fitness enthusiast Rekha enjoys playing table tennis and basketball, we assume not at the same time though!
Accounts Administrator. Justyna was previously a Head Chef, she loves travelling and is also a multilinguistic cycling and reading enthusiast……Oh, and she does accounts!
